Ms. Yan Dongmei, born in 1986, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. She holds a master's degree in Science from University of Arizona, USA. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder, and certified in ESG Investment. She served as R&D Engineer of MicroPort^® from December, 2011 to February, 2013; successively as R&D Project Manager and R&D Business Development Manager of Endovastec™ from March, 2013 to February, 2018. From March, 2018 to October 2025, she served as Planning Manager & International Business, Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development, and Director of Strategy Planning and Business Development. Currently, Ms. Yan serves as secretary of the Board of Directors of Endovastec™.
